Tasks:

  • Promoting Quality culture among all employees of the Information Systems program. 
  • Identifying the training needs of program staff in terms of Quality and Academic Accreditation. 
  • Preparing and implementing strategic and operational plans for Quality in the program. 
  • Preparing program reports and courses following the National Center for Evaluation and Academic Accreditation forms. 
  • Preparing course files in the program and updating them continuously. 
  • Meeting the requirements to qualify for Program Accreditation issued by the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation. 
  • Providing performance indicators (KPIs) and program reference comparisons according to the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation models. 
  • Preparing initial self-evaluation metrics for the program with evidence. 
  • Preparing an initial self-evaluation report of the program according to the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation model. 
  • Submitting periodic reports and tasks related to quality and academic accreditation to the College’s Vice Dean for Quality and Academic Accreditation. 
  • Performing any other tasks within its limits. 

 

Standardized Test Committee For Information Technology Department

Tasks:

  • Coordinating with the Supervisory Committee for Standard Tests at the University Vice-Deanship for Academic Affairs and complying with the regulations and recommendations emanating from it. 
  • Preparing the standardized test and ensuring that it targets all the program’s learning outcomes. 
  • Reviewing the standardized test and audit all its elements. 
  • Working to implement standardized testing in the best conditions. 
  • Analyzing the standardized test results and making the necessary recommendations to the Department Board.

 

Academic Plans and Curricula Committee for Information Technology Department

Tasks:

  • Coordinating with the Plans and Curricula Committee in anything that will develop Curricula in the department. 
  • Reviewing existing plans in light of the criteria approved and required for academic accreditation by the National Authority for Academic Accreditation and international organizations. 
  • Proposing necessary updates to existing plans in coordination with the Plans and Curricula Committee 
  • Proposing new programs in line with the vision of the college and university.
